This project began as a collaboration with sex workers in need of images that could promote their services in online advertisements while preserving their anonymity.

The exclusion of their faces and identifying marks echoes the alienation and objectification inhered both in their labor and in becoming image-object.

The project has since been expanded to include sex workers of different types.
